PIRATING allowed - as man!
Yes, you read it right: there is a new CD available for digital downloads which the guys in the four-member group Azman are encouraging people to copy and distribute at will.
If it sounds unusual, it has everything to do with the fact that for the past nine years or so, Azman has been trying hard not to be a part of what has become the norm.
The group has made a business of entertaining people in a 100 per cent Bajan style, through a medium they have called Fling. Fling is a mixture of flowing and singing.

lemme be the first to add my support to the group. I had a chance to listen to the CD at Jago's Bar n Restaurant and I was immediately captivated by their comedic yet inciteful use of language.
ReplyDeleteListening to their last track it's disheartening how artists are treated when thy attempt to break the mould, however I can assure you guys that the word is spreading. Keep it up
